You can have fun dancing to all those familiar songs you like to sing along too, whilst burning calories.
These classes are suitable for all levels of fitness and dance experiences. Classes can be taken at your own pace and adapted.

Adults Tap
Adults tap classes are for those who are beginners wanting to learn a new skill, or those with advanced skills who love to continue to tap dance.
Tap dance classes utilize rhythm, syncopation, and sound in addition to movement. An emphasis is placed on musicality, expression, and improvisation.
Tap dancing consists of learning and memorizing patterns and is a great workout for your brain.
Pensioners Dance
Our pensioners dance class, it is a fun and friendly 40-minute session. Dancing to much loved old classics, a mixture of styles of dancing such as line dancing and modern.
Classes can be taken at your own pace; movements can be adapted to suit personal needs and physical demands.
After every class we offer a complementary cup of tea/coffee, biscuits and a good catch up making new friends.
This is a lovely social environment for those wanting to get out and meet new friends.
Beginners Dance
This class is for those of you who always wanted to dance and never did or for those who used to dance and really miss it!
This is a fun, no pressure class that allows you to enjoy dancing and learn new skills! Channel your inner Beyoncé and come and shake your stuff.
Legs, Bums, Tums
A fitness based 45-minute class, working on toning, and strengthening with a focus on your lower body and core.
These classes are suitable for all levels of fitness and is a brilliant way for introducing you to working these areas and can help with toning, balance and so much more.
