Barre concept is a workout technique class, inspired by elements of ballet, yoga, dance and Pilates; that focuses on low-impact, high intensity movements designed to strengthen and tone your body in a way that few other workouts can.
Classes are designed to be a full body workout, broken into different sections to focus on major muscles groups including tights, glutes, legs, core and arms.
STARTING TUESDAY 25th FEBRUARY
Classes are £6 each pay as you go.
Tuesday 25th and Thursday 27th February will be 75minute classes with it being an introductory class.
